Stenfox

/ About Stenfox

We're teaching machines to see devices.

/ The thesis

A trillion devices need a second life.

Every year the world produces more connected devices than people. Most of them end up in drawers, landfills, or opaque pipelines where their value evaporates — because grading them, wiping them and documenting them is still largely manual, local and untrusted.

Stenfox exists to change that. We build Orion: an AI-native operating system that lets any operator — from a single refurbisher to a continental ITAD — see, grade, wipe and price any device with the same precision as the original manufacturer.

The goal is simple: make the reuse economy as trustworthy as the new-retail one.

/ Principles

How we build.

01

AI where it earns its keep

We use ML where it measurably beats hand-written rules. Elsewhere, we write good rules.

02

Determinism over magic

Every grade, every wipe, every verdict is reproducible, auditable, and defensible.

03

Operator-first

Tools that a Tuesday-afternoon warehouse tech can actually use, without a PhD or a two-week bootcamp.

Next step

See it run on your own devices.
