/ ITAD software
The warehouse OS for IT asset disposition.
Stenfox Orion runs the full ITAD lane — intake, diagnostic, AI cosmetic grading, NIST 800-88 erasure, signed certificate, marketplace listing, disposition — on one platform. Operators replace four-to-five legacy tools (Blancco, BitRaser, Phonecheck, Piceasoft, a spreadsheet) with one Orion seat and typically cut touch time per unit by 60%.

/ Honest comparison
From a five-tool stack to one platform
Most ITAD floors today stitch together a wipe tool, a mobile diagnostic tool, a grading checklist, a label printer and a spreadsheet. Every integration is a manual hand-off and every hand-off is a place to lose units.
Common stacks operators consolidate onto Orion: Blancco + Phonecheck + manual cosmetic grading + Excel; BitRaser + Piceasoft + custom WMS; FutureDial + DrFone + Tabernus.
/ FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is ITAD software?
ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) software covers the end-of-life workflow for enterprise hardware: secure intake, diagnostic testing, cosmetic grading, certified data erasure, certificate of destruction, disposition (resale, recycle, return to lessor) and audit reporting. Modern ITAD software unifies these steps in one platform; legacy approaches stitch them together from separate tools.
Is Stenfox Orion certified for R2v3, ADISA and e-Stewards processors?
Orion's erasure engine aligns with NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1, R2v3 (Sustainable Electronics Recycling International) and ADISA requirements. Most certified processors deploy Orion as the in-lane erasure and chain-of-custody system that supports their existing R2v3 / ADISA / e-Stewards / ISO 27001 certifications.
Can Orion replace our existing Blancco / Phonecheck / spreadsheet stack?
Yes. The most common Orion deployment replaces a Blancco-or-BitRaser + Phonecheck-or-Piceasoft + Excel/Sheets stack with one platform. Migration is typically run lane-by-lane: phones first (highest touch-time savings), then laptops/Macs, then drives. Old certificates remain valid; new ones come from Orion.
How does Orion handle enterprise customer reporting?
Each enterprise customer gets a self-serve portal showing intake counts, per-device status, per-device grade, signed erasure certificate (PDF + verifiable JSON) and disposition outcome. SLAs, grade thresholds and lot rules are configurable per customer — no spreadsheets passed back and forth.
Does Orion connect to marketplaces and our existing WMS / ERP?
Yes. Native two-way commerce APIs for Amazon, eBay, Shopify, BackMarket, Swappa, Reebelo, Refurbed, Walmart, Mercado Libre, Tradeloop, Newegg and WooCommerce. REST + webhooks for any WMS, ERP, label printer, scale or pricing system. Most ITAD operators are live on marketplace APIs within two weeks.
